Marcel Doré MD is a retired hospital physician, Functional Aging Group Fitness Specialist, also trained in the McGill Method for Back Fitness, Thrive Health Services Cancer and Exercise as well as a student of the iMoveFreely® program of exercise. Marcel combines his medical and exercise training into a Functional Fitness class that helps promote healthy movement, improved function and quality of life. His exercise philosophy is consistency beats intensity and results happen when one consistently applies oneself to regular exercise and movements combined with a healthy lifestyle. Marcel looks forward to helping people of all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels improve their quality of life. Marcel "prescribes" exercise to help students with (or without) chronic disease achieve their best potential.

Bruce Nelson

Bruce Nelson is working dad of two, a certified DDPY L1 instructor, and the founder of his DadVsTacos brand. Based out of Broomall, Pennsylvania (a suburb of Philadelphia) he believes that with hard work fueled by a long-term, positive mindset; anyone can create the change in their lives they desire. Bruce loves to encourage others to “be a little bit better every day” and is passionate about helping them to do exactly that.
